How it works
Every maker goes through the same fit check before their listing goes live.
We confirm which of the five planner sizes the product suits, and whether it stays inside the page trim.
Stickers, stamps and inserts are compared with the weekly vertical, weekly horizontal and daily box widths.
We note how the product behaves on Heritage 120gsm and Archivist 70gsm, so you know what to test first.
From the directory
Undated monthly and project inserts with dashboard pages that sit alongside a weekly vertical spread.
Paper note: Printed on 120gsm to match Heritage paper feel
Functional sticker kits cut to the weekly vertical box: headers, checklists, appointment flags.
Paper note: Matte, writable with gel and fountain pens
Low-tack washi in 5, 10 and 15 mm widths so strips line up with dot-grid rows.
Paper note: Removable; test first on Archivist 70gsm
Vegetable-tanned leather jackets for hardcover planners, with a pen loop and back pocket.
Paper note: Measured to hardcover dimensions, not page size
Printable PDFs that copy the column widths of common layouts: meal plans, cleaning rotas, reading logs.
Paper note: Print at 100% scale on 100–120gsm paper
Ephemera packs with vellum, tags, tickets and tuck-spots for building pages out of a spare notebook.
Paper note: Light pieces; glue sticks won't buckle 120gsm

Questions
Every listing is checked against Hemlock & Oak's planner sizes, layouts and paper. We note which sizes a product suits, whether it matches the weekly or daily box widths, and how it behaves on the planner paper.
Listings cover the five planner sizes Hemlock & Oak sells: A6, B6, A5, A5+ and B5. Use the size filter in the directory to see only the makers that fit yours.
Most hardcover planners use Heritage 120gsm paper, which takes stickers, washi and most inks well. Some planners and notebooks use thinner Archivist 70gsm paper, so test removable washi and wetter inks on a back page first. Each listing includes a paper note.
No. Paper Grove is an independent fan directory. We link to Hemlock & Oak and to independent makers, and we don't sell products ourselves.
Makers send their shop through the Contact page. We check the fit against the planner sizes and paper, then add the listing. Listing is free during the launch period.
